Toggle this setting to opt out of any personal information sharing under CCPA/CPRA. You can find it in Settings > Privacy. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, this is automatically enabled.AI Processing Controls
You have granular control over how AI processes your data:- Document Analysis — AI summary and classification on upload
- Task Extraction — Automatic task suggestions from documents
- Chat Assistant — AI chat responses about your documents
- Email Summarisation — AI summaries for email-forwarded documents
- Restrict All — A single toggle to pause all AI processing (GDPR Art 18)
When AI processing is disabled, your documents are still stored securely — just without AI-generated summaries, tasks, or chat threads.

Data Correction
Under GDPR Article 16, you can request corrections to your personal data. Name and email changes are applied automatically. AI-generated data corrections are reviewed by an administrator.Legal Documents
Data Retention
- Chat conversations are retained while your account is active and can be deleted from the AI Assistant page.
- Document analysis (summaries, tasks) is retained alongside documents.
- All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
