Help Center

The Adminest Help Center provides fast answers to your questions and a way to contact our support team. When you visit the Help Center, you’ll see a search box at the top. Type your question and our AI assistant will search through our documentation to find the most relevant answer.

Search for your question

Type your question in the search box — for example, “How do I upload a document?” or “How does email processing work?”

Review the AI response

The AI will provide a formatted answer based on our documentation, with headings, lists, and links for easy reading. A confidence indicator and source references are shown alongside the response.

Let us know if it helped

Click “This helped” if the answer resolved your question. If not, click “I still need help” to open a support ticket.

Creating a Support Ticket

If the AI search doesn’t resolve your question, you can create a support ticket:
  1. Click “I still need help” after an AI search, or scroll down to the ticket form
  2. Fill in the Subject (brief summary of your issue)
  3. Select a Category (General, Account, Billing, Technical, Feature Request, or Other)
  4. Describe your issue in the Description field
  5. Click Submit Ticket
You’ll receive a ticket reference number (e.g., SUP-001) and a confirmation email.

Tracking Your Tickets

Below the search and ticket form, you’ll find My Tickets — a list of all your support tickets with:
  • Ticket reference number
  • Subject
  • Current status (New, Open, Waiting for Response, Resolved, Closed)
  • Last updated date
Click any ticket to view the full conversation thread and send replies.

Ticket Statuses

ClosedTicket is closed

Email Notifications

You’ll receive email notifications when:
  • Your ticket is created (confirmation with ticket number)
  • An admin responds to your ticket
  • Your ticket status changes
