# Getting Access

> How to get early access to Adminest

## Overview

Adminest is currently in early access. There are several ways to get an invitation:

## Using the Insider Page

Visit [adminest.com/insider](/insider) to enter your access credentials.

    Select the **Passcode**, **Invite Code**, or **Referral** tab depending on what you have.

  <Step title="Enter your code">
    Type in your passcode, invitation code, or referral code and click **Verify**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign up">
    Once verified, click **Sign Up Now** to create your account. Your invitation is automatically activated when you complete the Auth0 signup.

## Invite Codes

Invite codes are sent by email from an Adminest administrator. They follow these formats:

* **FF-XXXXXX-XXXX** - Standard admin invitation
* **VIP-XXXXXX** - VIP invitation
* **INS-XXXXXX-XXXX** - Created via insider passcode
* **REF-XXXXXX-XXXX** - Created via referral

Codes expire after 30 days. If your code was already used during a previous signup attempt, it will still work — the system handles retries gracefully.

  If you see an error when verifying your code, wait a moment and try again. Multiple rapid attempts may trigger a temporary rate limit.

## Referring Friends

Once you have an Adminest account, you can invite others:

  <Step title="Find Invite Friends">
    Click **Invite Friends** in the settings sidebar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Share your link">
    Copy your personal referral link and share it with friends and family.
  </Step>

Your referral code is unique to your account and can be used multiple times.

## Connection Auto-Access

When an existing Adminest user invites you via **Connections** (document sharing), accepting the connection automatically grants you early access. No separate invitation code is needed.

## Investor Prospectus

Potential investors may receive a unique, secure link to view the Adminest investor prospectus. These links:

* Are valid for a limited time (set by the admin who created them)
* Do not require an Adminest account — simply click the link
* Track view analytics for the admin's reference
* Are personalised with the investor's name

If your link has expired or been revoked, contact [richard@adminest.com](mailto:richard@adminest.com) for a new one.

Administrators can preview the prospectus at any time from **Admin Centre > Investors > Preview** without creating a token.
